About This Role
- Provide day-to-day operational support including process case creation, financial research, and workflow management across various banking products and services.
- Conduct in-depth investigations and research to resolve complex operational problems and support mitigation of organizational risks.
- Communicate key information to senior managers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations to safeguard the firm, its clients, and assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking and financial services operations or business office environment.
- Graduation or Post Graduation degree required.
- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), check processing, financial analysis, and strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

- Familiarity with retail banking operations, accounting processes, and financial services industry practices.
