About This Role
- Manage Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure operations including incident, service, and change management with SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Linux OS, Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, and applications to maintain platform availability.
- Perform routine maintenance activities like patching, upgrades, node rollouts, and support security compliance tasks collaborating across multiple technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Linux and Kubernetes operations.
- Graduate degree required.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, Kubernetes cluster management, and container technologies like Docker/containerd.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to handle cross-functional collaboration with Platform, Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Experienced in maintaining SLA compliance and supporting production environments with minimal downtime.
- Strong root cause analysis skills and hands-on experience in Linux and Kubernetes operational troubleshooting in complex infrastructure.
