About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Lead data management team activities including project planning, execution, communication, and financial oversight.
- Oversee data cleaning, validation of device integrations, process innovation with programming, and sponsor interactions such as audits and meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related field.
- 3-4 years of direct Data Management experience including at least 1 year as CDM project lead.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Inbox and fluency in spoken and advanced English.
- Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading clinical data management projects with minimal guidance and ability to manage multi-service projects.
- Capable of overseeing data quality, risk identification, and corrective actions in clinical research environments.
- Able to coordinate cross-functional communication and guide teams through study execution, audits, and technology implementations.
