About This Role
- Provide day-to-day operations support including process case creation, financial research, and workflow management.
- Conduct basic analysis and research to support an array of banking products and services and communicate findings to senior management.
- Assess operational risks, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services operations support.
- Understanding of General Ledger (GL), analytical skills, and check processing.
- Graduation or Postgraduation degree.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
