About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for Merchant Success Associates and Managers, prioritizing work and resolving issues affecting performance.
- Coordinate and supervise shipments, ensuring timely pickups, accurate documentation, and adherence to retailer routing and shipping windows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Implementation, and Supply Chain Innovation teams to maintain high standards of merchant experience and product safety.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in operations or customer success role; experience in logistics, account management, or customer success preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory and order management and shipping processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to engage senior management and multiple teams.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in relevant operations/customer success role.
