About This Role
- Lead EHS review and hazard mitigation for architectural, MEP, and interior design to ensure safety-in-design and life safety compliance.
- Coordinate and drive compliance for safety infrastructure, SOPs, emergency protocols, and regulatory standards across large high-rise building projects and operations.
- Manage incident investigations, EHS audits, root cause analysis, and maintenance of rigorous permit-to-work systems for high-risk operations including electrical and fire safety.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–14+ years of progressive EHS experience managing large-scale high-rise commercial buildings (>1.2 million sq. ft.) in construction and operational phases.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection) or Occupational Health & Safety or related technical field; Postgraduate in Industrial Safety, EHS Management, or Disaster Management.
- Required certifications: NEBOSH National/International Diploma or equivalent, CMIOSH/GradIOSH, OSHA 30-Hour or equivalent, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- On-site position located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in high-rise building safety, fire protection systems, regulatory compliance (NFPA, OSHA/local laws, NBC 2016).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams involving project management, design consultants, and operations to embed EHS standards.
- Strong technical skills in BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), enterprise EHS software, and structured root cause analysis (5-Whys, Fishbone).
