About This Role
- Lead definition and execution of digital and data transformation strategies, including enterprise-scale analytics and cloud-based data platforms.
- Serve as primary client-facing consultant accountable for delivery, stakeholder management, and offshore team leadership on complex BI and digital transformation engagements.
- Architect and govern data platforms, analytics solutions, and asset management KPIs to optimize client business outcomes in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data architecture, or digital consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SQL, and experience with enterprise data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams and advising clients on data governance and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant with deep expertise in BI, data architecture, and digital transformation within energy, utilities, or infrastructure domains.
- A proven leader in managing complex client engagements end-to-end with strong client relationship management and team leadership skills.
- Technically skilled in cloud-based data modernization, advanced analytics, and capable of translating business strategies into scalable digital architectures.
