About This Role
- Define and execute long-term QA strategy across multiple product lines with a focus on software quality improvement, delivery acceleration, and engineering excellence.
- Lead and scale QA teams implementing advanced automation frameworks and strategic AI tool adoption in a Capital Markets environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to embed quality principles, oversee quality governance, and drive organizational change in QA practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in SDET and senior QA leadership roles with proven management of large-scale QA organizations.
- Extensive experience in Capital Markets domain covering financial products, trading lifecycles, regulatory compliance, and market data systems.
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), programming languages (Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript), and CI/CD tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven strategic leader capable of transforming QA organizations and driving QA strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Hands-on technical expert with practical knowledge of automation, AI/ML integration, cloud platforms, and microservices architectures.
