About This Role
- Lead execution and delivery management of product enhancements across Market Maker Clearing, Options Clearing, Trade Processing, Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation, and Post-Trade Operations within Securities and Prime Services.
- Own backlog management, requirements documentation, Agile delivery coordination, testing, release readiness, and executive reporting for strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, prioritization, and continuous process improvement including automation and AI adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- 5+ years experience in Capital Markets-related domains such as Securities Processing, Equities, Listed Options, Clearing, Trade Processing, or Post-Trade Operations.
- 5+ years working with Agile methodologies, Jira, business analysis, requirements and backlog management, and cross-functional execution.
- Must work hybrid onsite minimum 3 days per week; flexibility for US business hours and weekend support during critical release windows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in equity and/or listed options clearing workflows including trade lifecycle processing, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple complex initiatives end-to-end within fast-paced, global capital markets environments using Agile frameworks.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, executive communication, and driving delivery across matrixed organizations with exposure to automation, AI, data analytics, and process optimization.
