About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support secure, scalable enterprise Pega applications within an Agile squad.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable Pega solutions, reusable components, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience delivering enterprise applications.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering.
- Experience across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Pega case management, data modelling, rules, UI, security, and application architecture.
- Familiar with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure engineering practices.
- Able to collaborate effectively with product, business, architecture, testing, and operations stakeholders.
