About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of transaction banking and retail payments projects, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Lead project cycles including Mobile release cycles, with strong emphasis on ISO20022 payment standards.
- Drive Agile-based project execution and manage senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in BFSI domain, specifically transaction banking and retail payments.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ISO20022 payments and regulatory/compliance in retail payments.
- Experience managing Agile delivery projects with skills in RAIDs, escalation, Jira, and Confluence.
- Notice period must be within 45 days; Location: Pune or Bangalore.

- Experienced PM with deep expertise in transaction banking, compliance, regulatory retail payments, and payment messaging standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-geography stakeholder relationships effectively at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on Agile delivery and project governance experience.
