About This Role
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within business banking and SME segments.
- Manage and document change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholders to secure buy-in and facilitate change delivery programs in banking or financial services.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation engagements.
- Experience working on change delivery programs within banking or financial services domains.
- Good understanding of financial services industry, preferably SME or business banking contexts.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Business Analysis for digital transformation; Preferred experience in commercial banking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end change lifecycle management with practical delivery focus.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and influence within banking or financial services.
- Background or exposure to SME/business banking and commercial banking preferred for domain expertise.
