About This Role
- Build and lead development of backend connectivity services powering millions of VMs on Databricks platform.
- Design and develop new services to enable scalable connectivity between control plane and compute plane for efficient cloud resource use.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, robust networking infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of production-level experience in Python, Java, Scala, C++, or similar languages.
- 4+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms or with Service-Oriented Architectures.
- Location: Bengaluru, India (team based there).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer with strong networking and distributed systems expertise in large-scale SaaS/cloud environments.
- Comfortable leading design and implementation of complex connectivity services for multi-cloud distributed platforms.
- Capable of working as a founding member in a new site with significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
