About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles in Bangalore, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans with hiring managers to build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.
- Use data-driven insights and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM) to optimize recruitment process and candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or IT infrastructure.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at Whitefield, Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong strategic partnership skills with hiring managers and technical teams to influence hiring decisions without formal authority.
- Expertise in technical talent sourcing, including engaging passive candidates and assessing technical competencies.
- Operationally rigorous with proficiency in recruitment tech stacks (ATS Workday, CRM Phenom) and managing high-volume requisitions efficiently.
