About This Role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and drive data-driven process improvements to optimize time-to-hire.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, IT infrastructure, or related technical roles.
- Must work onsite at Whitefield, Bangalore, India WEX Office; Contract to Full-time based on performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong strategic partnership skills to influence hiring managers and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract passive technical candidates.
- Operationally rigorous with fluency in ATS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom), able to manage high-volume recruitment seamlessly.
