About This Role
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including planning, procurement coordination, allocation, dispatch, and reconciliation across program locations.
- Oversee logistics and vendor management ensuring timely material delivery, vendor coordination, and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with field teams and internal stakeholders to support smooth program execution, streamline operational processes, and maintain operational MIS and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or program operations with inventory and vendor coordination experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets with experience in MIS, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant operational roles.

- Experienced in managing geographically distributed teams and implementing SOPs and operational process improvements.
- Strong operational planning, execution, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and coordinate across teams for operational efficiency.
