About This Role
- Define and execute long-term QA strategy across multiple product lines or enterprise division with a focus on improving software quality and delivery speed.
- Lead and scale high-performing QA teams, drive adoption of advanced automation and AI tools within complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage Capital Markets domain expertise to shape QA strategy, ensure compliance, and influence senior-level technology decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in SDET and senior QA leadership roles managing large-scale QA organizations.
- Extensive experience within the Capital Markets domain involving financial products, trading lifecycles, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven hands-on expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), programming (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
