About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including architecture, development, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as hands-on technical lead across multiple client engagements, responsible for technical discovery, solution design, delivery, and escalation of complex engineering challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to improve engineering quality and promote best practices across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering or related technology experience.
- 4+ years of substantial hands-on Microsoft Power Platform engineering experience.
- Strong development skills with C#/.NET and JavaScript or TypeScript, including custom extensions like plugins, PCF components, and Azure Functions.
- Experience with Dataverse architecture, integrations, ALM practices including source control and CI/CD, and working with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and SQL.
