About This Role
- Drive the vision and delivery of Food & Beverage (FB) Ancillary Products to achieve or exceed budgeted margin growth across all portfolios and channels.
- Determine customer needs based on aircraft operations and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, IT to address those needs.
- Manage customer complaints and flight report issues, coordinate audits for compliance, and communicate updates to relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or minimum 3 years of experience in catering operations.
- Familiarity with various aircraft types and galley configurations.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and food safety standards.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in catering operations.
