About This Role
- Define and deliver the vision for Food & Beverage Ancillary Products across all portfolios and channels, targeting sustained margin growth.
- Determine customer needs based on aircraft operations and liaise with multiple internal stakeholders including In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, and IT.
- Manage catering operations communications, coordinate audits for compliance, address customer complaints, and support supply chain to optimize service and minimize wastage.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management OR minimum 3 years experience in catering operations.
- Familiarity with various aircraft types and galley configurations.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and food safety standards.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in catering operations OR hospitality management educational background.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working cross-functionally in airline catering or ancillary product operations with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage operational compliance and audits within catering to maintain service quality and safety standards.
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and driving improvements in customer satisfaction related to catering logistics.
