About This Role
- Define and lead vision for Food & Beverage ancillary products across portfolios and channels, driving margin growth to meet or exceed budget.
- Coordinate across airline departments (In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, IT, etc.) to align on customer needs, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance through audits.
- Manage communication and support for catering departments and supply chains to optimize customer service and minimize wastage of short life and slow-moving items.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management OR minimum 3 years experience in catering operations.
- Familiarity with various aircraft types and galley configurations.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and food safety standards.
- Location: Mumbai.

- Experience working cross-functionally within airline operations and catering departments, managing stakeholder alignment and communication.
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and improve customer satisfaction by challenging existing processes.
