About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation and GenAI product initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
- Own technical program management including roadmaps, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and governance for measurable business value realization.
- Manage program budgets, vendor partnerships, KPIs, and lead teams to establish repeatable delivery frameworks and scale TPM discipline across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years experience leading complex technology programs or digital transformations with enterprise-scale software, cloud, data, AI, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery, architecture principles, and platform ecosystems.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in relevant technology program management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-function enterprise programs involving technology, architecture, security, and third-party partners in matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated strategic program leadership with ability to balance innovation and operational excellence, influencing across multiple organizations and making enterprise-level tradeoff decisions.
- Familiarity or experience with GenAI, data platforms, advanced analytics, and enterprise governance processes is preferred.
