About This Role
- Lead the Field Enablement team managing Veeva Vault CRM and related field capabilities, ensuring reliable and intuitive experience for global field teams.
- Define and execute the field technology roadmap, govern configuration standards, prioritize releases, and drive adoption across markets.
- Establish product-oriented engineering practices with AI-powered development, oversee delivery end-to-end, and lead people and stakeholder management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years enterprise technology delivery including 8+ years hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM and 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, core life-sciences field capabilities, and AI/GenAI-enabled business features implementation.
- Experience delivering in regulated environments with Agile SDLC, CI/CD, and global matrix organization leadership.

- Experienced leader in global, regulated, and matrixed environments with deep end-to-end Veeva CRM technical and product knowledge.
- Proven ability to drive team transformation towards product mindset and embed AI-powered engineering in delivery.
