About This Role
- Own end-to-end squad delivery lifecycle for Security Monitoring & Analytics within Global Cyber Security, including planning, milestones, sequencing and commitments aligned with PI objectives.
- Improve delivery predictability, transparency, and flow by managing scope, timelines, capacity, risks, issues, and dependencies with timely reporting and escalation.
- Lead squad readiness and execution of PI Planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure sprint execution and continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Proven delivery management experience in complex, cross-functional environments focused on delivery predictability and flow.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery practices including PI Planning, capacity planning, dependency management, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder coordination and escalation.
- Experience using delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile delivery management within security or technology domains, ideally with exposure to Security Monitoring & Analytics or SOC modernization (beneficial but not essential).
- Operates with strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and transparent escalation skills across squads and ART structures.
- Detail-oriented with ability to balance scope, capacity, timeline, and risks applying sound judgement when delivery deviates from plan.
