About This Role
- Design, develop, train, and deploy production-ready AI solutions including LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows.
- Own evaluation, monitoring, debugging, and optimization of AI systems to ensure production readiness, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and leadership to integrate AI solutions and contribute to technical decision-making and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with at least one AI system deployed to production.
- Strong NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings, classification, NER, information extraction) and hands-on model training experience using PyTorch or Keras.
- Experience with production LLMs including RAG, embeddings/vector DBs, prompt/evaluation design, plus engineering skills in API/system design, Git, testing, debugging.
- Ability to work overnight shifts Monday–Friday (7:30 PM–4:30 AM or 8:30 PM–5:30 AM IST), fully remote within India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI/ML engineer with production deployment expertise in NLP and generative models (Transformers, VAEs).
- Comfortable translating ML research papers into practical, scalable AI engineering solutions relevant to business applications.
- Willing and able to work fixed overnight IST shifts collaborating across global distributed teams.
