About This Role
- Support the Sales team in agent onboarding, document verification, and data management using Excel and CRM.
- Coordinate internally across Portal, Technology, Accounts, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Manage credit requests, update credit limits, process sales documentation, and maintain compliance with internal SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Travel Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

- Experience in travel industry preferred indicating domain familiarity and industry workflows.
- Detail-oriented operator skilled in multitasking and coordinating across multiple departments.
- Capable of managing sales support processes including credit handling, documentation, and agent engagement in a fast-paced environment.
