About This Role
- Analyze operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends and provide actionable business insights for planning and process improvement.
- Recommend strategic actions and policy enhancements based on data analysis including exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement and refine decision strategies with attention to risk and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in business analytics, preferably in financial services analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and business strategy skills; effective communication and project management abilities.
- Work Environment: Office setting with minimal travel; occasional extended hours during projects.

- Experienced in financial services analytics with a demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and coaching less experienced team members.
