About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end e-learning project delivery including planning, execution, and client communication to achieve project goals.
- Oversee instructional design associates and coordinate with SMEs, QAs, and other team members to develop custom e-learning courses using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
- Manage resource allocation, budget estimation, and monitor project progress against milestones ensuring alignment with organizational P&L standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle project management experience in e-learning projects.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard, D2L, Canvas, Moodle 3.9 and authoring tools like Articulate 360/Storyline 360.
- Work location: Noida; Shift: Day; Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as specified in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile project delivery and instructional design methodologies in e-learning domain.
- Proven ability to mentor design teams and manage cross-functional teams including SMEs, Quality Analysts, Graphic Designers, and Project Coordinators.
- Skilled in balancing project scope, resource management, and budget while maintaining client communication and satisfaction.
