About This Role
- Own and drive global test automation practices and standardization across PVH product areas to ensure quality delivery of applications and systems.
- Define and deliver automation testing tools, scripts, metrics, and governance to reduce risk and improve user satisfaction.
- Partner with global IT teams, project management, vendors, and business units to implement scalable automation testing strategies and mentor teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in quality assurance with at least 3 years in specialized automation test engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering; graduate degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., TOSCA, Selenium, Cucumber), ERP testing (e.g., SAP), and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest, ALM, JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing automation frameworks, and ability to lead governance for global programs.
- Experienced in implementing testing solutions across ERP, web, API, and mobile applications in complex enterprise environments.
- Capable of managing cross-geographic teams and vendors, providing strategic guidance on automation trends including AI testing.
