About This Role
- Develop, test, and maintain software solutions for products and systems, including coding, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate on system integration of software and hardware to optimize performance and ensure program consistency.
- Analyze processes and systems to recommend solutions and improvements, maintaining documentation for projects and software functionality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Programming skills in Kotlin/Java, C, C++, with knowledge of Android framework and debugging tools (QXDM, QPST, QCAT).
- Work experience with Android framework and Kernel is desired; Qualcomm Mobile chipset experience is an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Android developer with 2-4 years focusing on resolving/debugging integration, testing, and performance optimization issues in Android framework and Kernel.
- Familiarity with Android architecture and internals and experience working with Qualcomm Mobile chipsets preferred.
- Comfortable working in hybrid work environment with up to 15% travel.
