About This Role
- Develop, test, and implement robust, scalable software solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Define and maintain technical standards, ensure code quality through testing and refactoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
- Review support requests to identify and prevent recurring issues, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years building front-end and/or back-end systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern web and backend technologies (preferably Spring, Micronaut), web frameworks like Angular or NodeJS, version control, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
- Role is primarily office-based; willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally if needed.

- Experienced in object-oriented design and architecture with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software with strong commitment to testing, documentation, and maintainability.
