About This Role
- Lead client engagements focused on treasury, financial instruments, derivatives, hedge accounting, and valuations.
- Manage and validate quantitative risk models and assess market, credit, and liquidity risks ensuring IFRS compliance.
- Oversee engagement delivery including budgets, timelines, quality standards, and team leadership including mentoring juniors.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in treasury management and financial instruments.
- Qualifications required: B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc, MBA Finance, CA, CFA, FRM, CPA or equivalent.
- Mandatory skills include treasury management, derivatives valuation (IRS, FX, options, forwards), hedge accounting, advanced Excel, and programming experience (Python/R/MATLAB/SQL).
- Work from office in Bangalore, India with 30-60 days notice period; US shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing treasury and derivatives client engagements with strong technical knowledge for hedge accounting and IFRS compliance.
- Skilled in quantitative risk modeling covering market, credit, and liquidity risks with a strong analytical and validation background.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership, client stakeholder management, and delivering projects on budget and schedule with high quality.
