About This Role
- Own end-to-end finance operations for group entities across India, UAE, Singapore, and US including bookkeeping, month-end close, intercompany accounting, statutory and tax compliance, cash flow and management reporting.
- Lead and build a finance team; oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial controls to support growth and new market entries.
- Drive finance process improvements, technology adoption (ERP and reporting tools), and coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA/ACCA/CMA) with strong India exposure.
- 10-15 years relevant finance experience with at least 3 years managing a finance team.
- Hands-on multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience covering multiple countries (India, UAE, Singapore, US).
- Proficient with Indian accounting and tax laws (Ind AS, GST, TDS), intercompany accounting, ERP software (Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Tally, etc.) and Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance leader familiar with multi-jurisdictional compliance and consolidation in IT services, consulting or SaaS sectors.
- Comfortable with high ownership roles involving process building, technical accounting, and working closely with senior leadership to enable strategic growth and market expansion.
- Proactive in implementing finance technology solutions and internal controls; skilled in managing audits, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax compliance.
