About This Role
- Own and manage day-to-day accounts payable operations including process supervision and quality control within a growing AP services team in Pune.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and handle escalations with effective stakeholder communication.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on team engagement and efficiency, while reporting on established KPIs to the Global Controller.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- High school diploma required; college courses in accounting preferred.
- Experience processing payments using Workday accounting system is a plus.
- Supervisory responsibility over Accounts Payable team is mandatory.

- Experienced in managing accounts payable within multi-entity, global companies to handle complexity and scale.
- Capable of problem solving and driving process improvements, including adoption of AI-driven solutions for workflow optimization.
