About This Role
- Own implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls across accounting and finance processes.
- Manage month-end book closures including accruals, provisions, reconciliations for India and US books.
- Lead preparation of monthly and annual financial statements; coordinate with audits ensuring compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.
- Experience in managing audit coordination.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing and testing internal control frameworks and identifying control gaps.
- Comfortable working with financial systems ensuring segregation of duties and compliance workflows.
- Has prior exposure to SaaS or technology company financial environments and familiarity with Ind AS or similar accounting standards.
