About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps projects.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align on solution design and business process mapping.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment across all phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience within a total IT experience of 7-15 years.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Demonstrated experience producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Must maintain daily overlap with Irish working hours for stakeholder collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business stakeholders and technical development teams in complex digital transformation environments.
- Strong capability in mapping and translating business processes onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps technical solutions.
- Comfortable operating in international, multi-time zone teams with extensive collaboration across geographic locations.
