About This Role
- Own the definition and refinement of healthcare data and analytics requirements leveraging FHIR standards within Agile teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for FHIR resource mapping, healthcare data exchange, and interoperability requirements.
- Develop user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria, process flows, and source-to-target mappings to support sprint planning and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in Agile environments.
- Hands-on expertise in FHIR standards and FHIR resource mapping is mandatory.
- Experience with healthcare data exchange and interoperability requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years of general IT experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare data analytics or digital healthcare initiatives, focusing on data interoperability.
- Proficient in Agile product management tools and methodologies, including user story development and acceptance criteria writing.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, and stakeholder teams in multi-national environments.
