About This Role
- Lead business operations, governance processes, and performance management including KPIs, scorecards, and action plans across various functions.
- Support business strategy development and execution through market, financial, and operational analyses and tracking of strategic initiatives with recommendations.
- Leverage advanced data management, visualization (Power BI), AI, and automation tools to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency, including supporting vendor management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience in business operations, delivery, PMO, finance operations, or related function.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI; demonstrated AI and automation application skills.
- Work Environment: Hybrid with average 2 days/week onsite at HPE office in India.

- Experienced senior business analyst with strong expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, operational governance, AI, and automation capabilities.
- Proven ability to translate complex operational and financial data into executive-level insights and effective decision support in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting transformation in complex professional services or technology services contexts.
