About This Role
- Engage with business and technology teams to analyze, design, and deliver functional solutions for upstream Oil & Gas operations, focusing on Well Management, Drilling, and Production workflows.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and translate operational challenges into application enhancements and functional specifications.
- Support application configuration, functional and system testing, deployment, and ongoing troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas, functional consulting, business analysis, or application implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge in upstream Oil & Gas, particularly Well Management, Well Lifecycle Management, Drilling Operations, or Production Operations.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and Oil & Gas application project delivery.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in interacting directly with drilling, production, well operations teams, and asset managers within upstream Oil & Gas context.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements align with operational needs and technical constraints.
- Skilled in analyzing workflows, identifying efficiency improvements and enhancing reporting and data quality in Oil & Gas applications.
