About This Role
- Own enhancement and troubleshooting of Core Banking System (T24) and downstream reporting from a business perspective.
- Lead business requirement documentation, gap analysis, and coordinate with development and global technical teams for implementation and issue resolution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct user acceptance testing, oversee migration plans, and ensure timely delivery of CBS related projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 15 years of experience in T24 projects with exposure to modules like AA/TPH/MD/LD and T24 Analytics.
- University graduate in business or related field.
- Experience in banking operations including Payments, Trade Finance, Deposits, Loans, Treasury, and Accounting.
- Proficiency with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end CBS implementation projects, especially migration from legacy to T24 systems.
- Capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with demonstrated ability to manage business analyst teams and influence stakeholders.
