About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions, translating business processes into technical designs.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain continuous collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams, including daily overlap with Irish working hours.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and manage stakeholder communications across project phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years of general IT experience with 7+ years specifically in business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps for mapping business processes into technical solutions.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher; must maintain daily overlap with Irish working hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project lifecycle bridging business and technical teams in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Skilled facilitator able to manage complex requirements discussions and align multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Able to work across time zones, ensuring daily overlap with European (Irish) schedules for seamless international collaboration.
