About This Role
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality finance technology software solutions using Java, React, and AWS.
- Drive adoption and governance of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools and automation across multiple software teams to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Set and scale operating practices for AI-assisted SDLC automation ensuring security, resiliency, and reuse of proven patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, React JS, Spring Boot, AWS (ECS, EKS), and Terraform.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-team adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools with focus on governance, measurement, and secure practices.
- Skilled in applying responsible AI use in engineering workflows including coaching and influencing leadership.
- Deep expertise in finance technology domain and scalable production-grade system design.
