About This Role
- Lead design and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks and quality engineering architecture for distributed cloud-native systems.
- Define strategic direction for quality engineering, including AI-assisted testing methodologies and alignment with product and business goals.
- Partner with engineering leadership to drive quality priorities, root cause analysis, release validation, and mentor SDETs and QA engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development and test engineering experience including technical leadership.
- Experience with scalable automation frameworks for distributed systems and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
