About This Role
- Lead development and deployment of scalable operations research models for resource allocation and logistics optimization.
- Design and implement end-to-end NLP and deep learning pipelines using Python and SQL for complex data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and communicate model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years industry experience as senior data scientist or equivalent role.
- Mandatory skills: operations research (linear programming, stochastic optimization, simulation), NLP (tokenization, embeddings, transformer models), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), Python programming, advanced SQL querying.
- Experience with probabilistic modeling and Bayesian statistics.
- Location requirements: Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong hands-on expertise in operations research and advanced NLP including transformer architectures.
- Experienced in deploying machine learning models into production environments using container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Capable of translating complex data problems into actionable solutions and communicating effectively across diverse stakeholder levels.
