About This Role
- Produce daily operational deliverables related to positions, trades, and cash aligned with client SLAs.
- Evaluate cash flows, financing, and risk for a range of investment products including derivatives, debt and private equity.
- Review, coach junior staff and support client onboarding and migrations while improving existing tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3-5 years of Financial Services experience with exposure to Loans Operations and Hedge Fund Industry.
- Product knowledge required: derivatives, bank debts, and fixed income products.
- Professional accounting or finance designation (CFA, CPA) considered an asset but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial product risk assessment and cash flow analysis within alternative asset services.
- Capable of managing operational deliverables and guiding junior staff in a fast-paced fund administration environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on hedge fund product knowledge and client service delivery.
