About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile squads focused on energy management product offers, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, timely delivery, and managing costs.
- Partner with Product Owner to align strategy and execution, drive continuous improvement via Agile coaching and change management within squads.
- Manage inter-dependencies between squads, identify and resolve risks and impediments, and oversee squad budget and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BTech/BE).
- 7+ years of work experience; 3 years in product or project development advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile at Scale (e.g., SAFe).
- Fluency in English; based in Bangalore; ability to interact with international teams including Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and facilitating Agile squads in a matrix environment within product development lifecycle areas such as Design, Test, Quality, Industrialization.
- Skilled in coaching Agile transformations and implementing continuous improvement practices tailored to squad needs.
- Capable of managing multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams with strong communication and facilitation skills involving senior leadership interaction.
