About This Role
- Lead and own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation programs across multiple plants and business functions.
- Establish program governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and budget control to ensure successful execution and adoption.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, vendors, consulting partners, and operational teams to drive alignment and realize business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing large transformation programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field.
- Proven experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-location programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 program management with strong knowledge of MES, IIoT, manufacturing analytics, and enterprise integrations.
- Skilled in program governance frameworks, PMO, Agile/Waterfall delivery models, and business transformation.
- Capable of executive stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and driving cross-functional alignment in complex environments.
