About This Role
- Coordinate with global teams to manage and analyze operational reports and inventory data ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and control inventory levels including surplus, stock transfers, returns, and dedicated product requests to maintain service standards.
- Identify and resolve invoice, pricing, and data discrepancies liaising with multiple teams and prepare monthly operational and supplier performance reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with large datasets, Excel data manipulation, and operations support.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data queries and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant operations or data management roles.
