About This Role
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business and retail operations across multiple locations.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and business data to monitor performance trends and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate operational audits, ERP/POS issue resolution, and support new store openings, product launches, and related business projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Retail Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions; experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of ERP/POS systems preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams in retail or business operations environments.
- Analytically strong with proven ability to identify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvements.
- Capable of independently managing operational challenges, follow-up, and compliance with SOPs and policies.
