About This Role
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise Treasury solutions.
- Own and prioritize the Agile product backlog based on business value, regulatory needs, and stakeholder inputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into product requirements, drive sprint cycles, validate outcomes, and support Treasury business transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in Treasury domain with at least 3-5 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in Treasury business processes and products including IRS, CCS, IRO, FX, FRA, Repos, and Money Market instruments.
- Proven experience managing Agile product backlogs, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving product delivery in Agile/Scrum.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA in Finance or equivalent preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain knowledge of Treasury lifecycle, risk management, valuations, and market data integration within enterprise environments.
- Experienced in stakeholder management including senior business leaders and technical teams to align product strategy with organizational goals.
- Skilled in Agile product ownership methodologies and prioritization frameworks with focus on value delivery and regulatory compliance in Treasury operations.
